Our team & mission
Trinitas Communities is a network of City Pastors, City Missionaries, Community on Mission Leaders, and thier families on mission to form followers of Jesus to bring Heaven on Earth through communities on mission.
Our story
After 'failing' at church planting for three years, our leadership began asking fresh questions about what is the most effective way of living out being the church to reach those God was leading us to in our urban context. From our responses to those questions in 2018, a growing network of communities on mission (COMs) has emerged from our home base in Phoenix and beyond through the planting churches made up of decentralized networks of COMs like ours. COM contexts include transitional housing complexes, veterans, urban youth, prisons, families of the incarcerated, families with special needs members, rehab centers, women in crisis or challenging circumstances, and the homeless to name a few.
Our offering to you
We exist to equip, support, and scale communities on mission locally and afar. We are seeking like-minded friends to join us in our mission. If God has given you a passion for a group of people in our city or to plant a church, we would like to explore resourcing you with coaching, community, and pastoral care to see your God inspired dreams manifest into being. To help release a prophetic imagination for what could be, we host weekend intensives called Experience Trinitas where you can explore and experience the culture and convictions of Trinitas Church.
