About Us
Our team & mission
Trinitas Church is a network of City Pastors, City Missionaries, Community on Mission Leaders and our families serving to form followers of Jesus who can bring Heaven on Earth through communities on mission.
Our story
After 'failing upward' at church planting for three years, our leadership started asking new questions about what is the most effective way of being the church to reach those God has given us a passion for with the good news of the Kingdom of God. From our responses to those questions in 2018, a growing network of communities on mission expressed as organic communities and house churches, non-profit organizations, and church plants has emerged in our home base in Phoenix and beyond. Communities on mission contexts include those in transitional housing, veterans, urban youth, prisons, families of the incarcerated, families with special needs members, rehab centers, women in crisis or challenging circumstances, and the homeless to name a few.
Our offering to you
We exist to equip, support, and scale communities on mission. If God has given you a passion to plant a church or to reach a specific people, place, or purpose with and for Jesus, we want to resource you with coaching, community, and pastoral care. We host a summer Missional Incubator internship as well as weekend intensives called The Experience throughout the year in Phoenix where you can explore and experience the culture and convictions of Trinitas Church. Join our growing network of City Missionaries, City Pastors, and Partner Church Plants to bring Heaven on Earth to the people, place, or purpose that God has given you a passion for.
